Free 30-Day Trial
We offer a free 30-day trial of our epos system. During this trial period, you can explore all the features of the epos and see if it’s a good fit for your business.
Subscription and Payment
After the 30-day trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged according to the chosen plan. You can find detailed pricing information on our website.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 5 days of the trial period ending. To cancel your subscription and claim a full refund, please contact our support team by email at support@salewise.co.uk before the 5th day after the trial ends.
- No Refunds After 5 Days: We do not offer refunds for cancellations after 5 days of the trial period ending.
Reasons for Ineligibility for Refunds:
- You are not eligible for a refund if you continue to use the epos system after the 5-day cancellation window for the free trial.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe you have abused the free trial policy.
Processing Time for Refunds
Once we receive your cancellation request and confirm your eligibility for a refund, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the subscription.
